Oct 28th: The Art of Alignment
Dive deep into the specifics of your body and how it can be at its strongest and healthiest in your yoga practice. In the workshop we will breakdown placement and action of the body/muscles in a variety of common yoga poses. This will not be a traditional flow style class. We will take time to learn, ask questions, and practice each pose until it feels good in your body.
Nov 18th: Attitude of Gratitude
Get ready for to give thanks and to make room for all that holiday food with this gratitude and digestion focused class. We will cultivate an attitude of gratitude for our bodies while we stoke our digestive fire with lots of twists and dynamic abdominal movements.
Dec 9th: The Gift of Peace
The best things in life aren’t things. Get ready for the holidays by giving yourself the gift of peace. Enjoy this relaxed yoga workshop where we will go over a variety of ways to cultivate peace in your life. We’ll explore the chakras, mantras, guided meditation and more. You’ll leave with the skills to keep yourself serene and stress free through the holidays and into the New Year!
