We are now in our 3rd month of quarantine…. does that sound right? Online yoga classes have been going great. I love being able to connect with friends, family, and students all over the world so these classes definitely aren’t going anywhere!
Goat Yoga classes start back up on June 5th!
SUP Yoga at the East End Beach starts on June 23rd!
I am so grateful to all of you who have been showing up for class and being in community with me. It really makes my days not just bearable, but wonderful.
