A good friend just sent me a moon calendar and it inspired me to offer a series of yoga classes that utilize the power of the moon to bring about positive change in our physical & mental landscape.
I am excited to be offering four classes in Portland Maine this August. Each class will be held at a different park.
MORNING MOON YOGA SERIES
All levels morning yoga classes to celebrate and enjoy the power and beauty of the moon! 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (please arrive a few minutes early).
August 2: New Moon Class, Payson Park
August 10: First Quarter Moon class, Deering Oaks Park
August 18: Full Moon class, Eastern Promenade
August 25: Last Quarter Moon class, Western Promenade
Just as the moon influences the tides, it influences what is happening in your body. Use this practice to make sure you are filled with positive energy and intentions that can be amplified by the moon!
