A friend of mine got this garden pest control recipe from a farm he stopped at while he was traveling across the country. The ingredients are all safe for human contact, but it keeps the pests away.
Boil tobacco in a large stockpot of water and let steep for a day
add
1 bottle mouthwash
1 bottle tabasco
1 cup dish soap
a stock pot of tea keeps for 1 month in fridge
Spray on and around your plants to keep the bugs away.
Happy Gardening!
