Community Health Protocols
Here at Ashley Flowers Yoga, we are committed to promoting and supporting the health of individuals, communities, and the planet. Thank you for helping us work toward these goals by making choices that make sense for your health as well as the health of the other yogis that you practice with!
Requirements
- Masks are not required for outdoor classes. You are still more than welcome to wear a mask if you wish!
- Pre-booking online is recommended as classes do fill up. Walk-ups are still welcome and payment can be taken via cash/venmo/credit-card if space is available.
- Please only bring people with you who are registered for class. Partners, children, or other relatives may not enter the barnyard unless they have a ticket.
- Please Do Not Attend if you are feeling unwell or have had recent exposure to someone who is sick. 🙂
Other Helpful Information
- BYO Policy: We do have mats that live outdoors at Goat Yoga that you are welcome to use. We sell sweatshirts in case you get chilly. Having everything you might want to use for an outdoor event is always a good strategy, then you have it if you need it! Towels/mats/blankets, sun screen, sunglasses, bug spray, hats, hand sanitizer, layers, change of clothes…
- Dress for the weather, remember classes are outside.
Requirements
- Face masks are no longer required but you are more than welcome to wear one if you wish!
- Pre-booking online is recommended. That way you will be notified if we need to change location or cancel class for some reason. You are still welcome to drop-in and pay in person with cash or venmo. Credit card option not available in the park.
- Do Not Attend if you are feeling unwell or have had recent contact with someone who is contagious.
Cancellations:
- Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such case, your registration will be pushed back to the next week. If that does not work for you, you can always manage your class schedule by clicking on the purple “Manage My Classes” button at the bottom of any confirmation or rescheduling emails you have received from me.
Other Helpful Information
- BYOE (bring your own everything): Please bring your own towels/mats/blankets, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, hats, hand sanitizer, layers, blankets, blocks, or anything else you might want to have. Better to have it and not need it, then wish you had it!
- Dress for the weather, remember classes are outside.
- The closest restrooms are next to the basketball courts which is approximately a 2 min walk from class.
