Community Health Protocols

Here at Ashley Flowers Yoga, we are committed to promoting and supporting the health of individuals, communities, and the planet. Thank you for helping us work toward these goals by making choices that make sense for your health as well as the health of the other yogis that you practice with!

Requirements

  • Masks are no longer required for outdoor classes. You are still more than welcome to wear a mask if you wish! 
  • Please pre-book online. Walk ups cannot be accommodated at this time.
  • Please only bring people with you who are registered for class. Partners, children, or other relatives may not enter the barnyard unless they have a ticket. 
  • Please Do Not Attend if you are feeling unwell or have had recent exposure to someone who is unwell.

Other Helpful Information

  • BYOE (bring your own everything): Towels/mats/blankets, sun screen, sunglasses, bug spray, hats, hand sanitizer, anything else you might want to have.
  • Dress for the weather​, remember classes are outside.

All of these guidelines are subject to change as new information is released by the state/local government.

  • Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such case, your registration will be pushed back to the next week.
