Test your balance and strength by taking your yoga practice onto a standup paddleboard. We will stretch, strengthen and flow while floating in the pool. No prior experience required. Register through Portland Rec.

Meditative flow using mindful breathing, steady holding of postures and smooth transitions. Move deeper into your body and mind with a more mindful vinyasa. You should expect to leave this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
