Test your balance and strength by taking your yoga practice onto a standup paddleboard. No prior experience required. Sign up through Portland Paddle.

Mindful Flow Yoga
Mondays, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at East End School Cafeteria
Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. at WholeHeart Yoga Center
Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Jewish Community Alliance
Thursdays, 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. at the Jewish Community Alliance

Meditative flow using mindful breathing, steady holding of postures, and smooth transitions. Move deeper into your body and mind with a more mindful vinyasa. You should expect to leave this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Outdoor Yoga @ Payson Park

Find a deeper sense of connection to yourself and mother earth. Enjoy donation-based outdoor yoga in Payson Park near Ocean Ave. Pay what you can. Recommended donation $15 // JCA fitness passes accepted
