Erica is an inspiring yoga teacher and meditator, the kind of person whose mere presence is calming.

As a student of yoga she describes asana practice as “an opportunity to cultivate a deep connection with, and understanding of, oneself through physical practice”. As a yoga teacher her intention “is to facilitate an experience where each student can make their own meaning of practice”.

Haley Brandt

Haley, featured in Maine magazine for mindfulness and outdoor activities, started teaching yoga in Acadia National Park and is passionate about “the wholesome and gentle elixirs nature has to offer”. The outdoors have instilled a sense of healing, gratitude, and fierce compassion into her practice and classes.

Haley is a 200 RYT and holds an undergraduate degree in holistic health and dancing. She was brought up with mindfulness and meditation as a part of life. Haley brings the vibrant, and peaceful energy of the desert to her classes along with academic knowledge of healthy diet and lifestyle to facilitate lessons that carry on past the studio.

In her classes Haley weaves her passion for dance, holistic feminine nature, and music into a practice that reigns the mind into the present moment through vibration and rhythm.
