1. Start the Day with Goat Yoga at Smiling Hill Farm

Rise and shine for an unforgettable start to your day! Goat Yoga at Smiling Hill Farm is the perfect way to connect with nature, get some gentle movement in, and (of course) make some adorable new goat friends. You’ll leave with a smile on your face and your body ready for the day ahead. Don’t forget to grab a scoop of ice cream for a pre-breakfast treat—because why not? Smiling Hill Farm’s homemade ice cream is the perfect sweet way to kick off your wellness adventure.

2. Hike at Jewell Falls Trailhead at Rowe

After Goat Yoga, head over to Jewell Falls, Portland’s only natural waterfall, located in the beautiful Fore River Sanctuary. This serene spot is ideal for a peaceful hike and some mindfulness in nature. The sound of the water and the beautiful greenery will ground you before your next stop.

4. Stroll Along the Water at Fish Point Gathering Stones

On your way to the Eastern Prom for Mini Horse Yoga, enjoy a peaceful walk along the waterfront at Fish Point. Park in the middle parking lot on Cutter St and head south along the water to the Gathering Stones installation, a hidden gem in Portland and a perfect spot for reflection or a light stretch. If you have extra time, walk further to Navis for a latte or hot tea.
