Class Details

Hop on the Bayside trail and head to Toad&Co for an all-levels, beginner-friendly yoga class for good (ages 12+)! Start your first Friday off on the right food with a yoga class that is good for you and good for Portland!

  • Bring-your-own-props (there are mats available to purchase at Toad&Co).
  • While you are welcome to drop-in to class, space is limited. You can register on eventbrite to make sure you’ll have a spot!
  • Following the class, Toad&Co will provide a special 30% discount to attendees, as well as coffee, and nibbles!

Toad & Co (31 Diamond Street, Unit B, Portland) is located right off the Bayside Trail, across the street from the Portland Trails HQ.

Yoga in the Salt Cave

I’m teaming up with the beautiful new SaltMind™ Studio and RESTORE Hyper Wellness to offer you the rejuvenation of yoga classes in the healing powers of the salt cave!
  • RESTOREative Yoga classes will focus on deep breathing and gentle, supported stretches.
  • Yoga Nidra classes will start with some gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness and then settle into a guided meditation.
Come for just 1 class or stay for both! During classes the Halogenerator will infuse the room with vaporized medical-grade salt, while a calming soundscape will help to transport you to bliss! Only 8 people per class so don’t wait to grab your spot!

Our Farm to Table Yoga event offers a unique opportunity to practice yoga surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful orchards. After the session, treat yourself to delicious farm-fresh snacks sourced right from the land with like-minded yogis. Come unwind, relax, and nourish your body and soul with us!

Special Edition Mini Horse Yoga: The same mini horse yoga you know and love plus some time for a guided gratitude meditation and time to reflect and share as a group, all alongside Impact Horse’s beloved miniature therapy horse, Toast.

This is a 60-minute, beginner friendly yoga class where you can breathe, relax, and unwind while supporting Impact Horse’s mission to make a positive impact through equine therapy.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you have time to park and find class so we can start promptly!

Puja (sanskrit) – ritual or ceremonial worship to earn blessings of a certain deity/energy

Like we might do a rain dance to call in the rain, I will perform (to the best of my ability) a Ganesha Puja to remove obstacles from our collective path. Come for the whole thing, come for a portion, or perform the ritual with me at home. Let’s clear away the obstacles our world is facing and invite in a new era of health, happiness, kindness, and love.
