You are welcome to drop-in for a session of SUP Yoga as long as you give me or Beth/Sheila 24 hours notice so we can make sure there are enough paddleboards.
Weekly Mindful Flow: Wednesdays, 9:00-10:15 a.m. & Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Classes that move you mindfully through a variety of poses designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Classes will vary in intensity and are always mindful of the desires and needs of the students. All-levels welcome!

Looking for more joy and less stress? Come discover a meditation practice that works for you! This 5-week series will introduce you to a variety of simple and potent meditation techniques designed to calm your mind and deepen your connection with yourself. Come for the whole series or register for just a few classes. Each class will include meditation and discussion time.

Find balance, strength, and flexibility while floating on a paddleboard in the warm water of the indoor pool. Classes include standing, kneeling, and seated poses. All-levels welcome.
