Weekly Mindful Flow: Wednesdays, 9:00-10:15 a.m. & Thursdays (until June 14th, returning in September), 5:30-6:30 p.m. 

Classes that move you mindfully through a variety of poses designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Classes will vary in intensity and are always mindful of the desires and needs of the students. All-levels welcome!

Indoor SUP Yoga: Returning in the winter of 2018/2019

Find balance, strength, and flexibility while floating on a paddleboard in the warm water of the indoor pool. Classes include standing, kneeling, and seated poses. All-levels welcome.

Workshop Series: Stay-tuned for new workshop dates coming in the fall of 2018. Registration Required: Min 5/Max 10. Email Damian to register.

Dive a little deeper into your practice with classes that take an in depth look at an element of yoga. Topics include breath, alignment, relaxation, chakras, backbends, and more!

Private Lessons: Available by request. Dependent on fitness room schedule.
